Horrible customer service. Pampered Paws told us the earliest they could take our precious mini poodle was 7:30 AM. My fiancé was there at 7:30 AM sharp, he was already late for work. The lady at the desk refused to take our poodle unless he waited until she finished her chores. She was yelling at my fiancé for being there that early. Needless to say, this place is not for working adults.

He was here well before 7:30 and followed me inside. I asked him to wait one minute so I could let the dogs outside and he left. There was no yelling. Sorry.
Great group of ladies, Oslo always comes back looking fresh and they are reasonably priced!!
This lady is just out right rude. She gets a rise from putting others down don’t go to her. She will possibly drug your dog.
I have a large black Labrador mix, and her coat is deceivingly thick, and difficult to rid of shedding fur! After a morning at Pampered Paws, she looks like a show dog, I swear! Her coat is sleek and shiny- she looks like she’s lost ten pounds from them taking the time and energy to brush out all that shedded fur. They all were so sweet and caring, knowledgeable and helpful! We have already scheduled our next visit- I’m glad to have my dog in such great care- I think she really does feel better, and you can tell! Thank you!!... read more

I'm just going to say it was a very unpleasant experience for my dog and myself. Will not throw insults on Facebook. No that wasn't it but think what you want. I didn't ask to adopt a dog from you. Like I said I will NOT use Facebook as an outlet. Bit if you want me to just say so. I will.
