I booked an appointment for my daughters (and paid a deposit) with PP using their online booking service well over a month ago. I received an automated confirmation text the day prior to my scheduled service. I arrived at the salon on the day of service at the appointed time, however, the salon was closed. Staff is VERY unprofessional!!!! Staff canceled the appointment 40 mins before the appointment time, then she didn’t even show up at the rescheduled appointment!!!! $30 deposit but the stylist are not going to show!

My daughter’s appointment has been cancelled twice in the last week. As busy parents know, schedules can be a juggling act, and I’ve had to rearrange things twice. I have been pleased with their service in the past; however, repeated cancellations are unprofessional. If you are looking for reliable service, you may want to look elsewhere.

Horrible experience!! I booked my baby an appointment to get braids with extensions on a Sunday morning only to arrive and the stylist was unreachable. The owner rescheduled my daughter’s appointment for the following day only to have that stylist, a different one from the previous day, to cancel on my daughter AGAIN! Now I’m in a bind because the whole purpose of me getting my daughter’s hair braided was for her picture day and it was approaching in 2 days at this point.
