First time having my brows mapped and Natalia did an amazing job from start to finish. I felt comfortable the moment I got there and walked out more than happy!!
I had a sugar waxing done with Steph O for the first time. Steph has such a calming tone/voice which made it all feel so relaxing; kind of like a spa ambiance. I had only ever done regular waxing before at other places and had been wanting to try sugar waxing so when she gave me the option I was fast to say 'Yes.' What a wonderful experience. I drove from NY to NJ an hour away from home to see Patty for a Brow cleanup. My brows came out amazing! She walks you through the cleanup step by step with a mapping to show your brow shape before she does anything! She chatted with me the entire time, it was such a pleasant experience.
