My son brought his green 1998 BMW 323 into Pampered Auto two weeks ago, complaining of steam rising from the engine, a check engine light and the battery suddenly dying. He mentioned verbally that it had overheated, but this was not written in the paperwork. Honest and experts! I found my mechanic shop that I will stick to it! I have a 2002 ML320 and I took my car to the dealer because the brake wear warning light was on. They gave me an estimate of $1600 to replace the front and rear brake pads and rotors. I'm a woman and have gone to the dealer for all of my service. Reliable, friendly, reasonable prices I LOVE Pampered! I wanted to let everybody know such an exceptional service I had received at this place. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Edin (the owner) is a great guy... and everything they do is fast and reliable. I never feel foolish when I call up and say I think my car is making a funny sound, because I know that when they take it in and check things out they let me know what it was, and then I don't hear the sound anymore. Very satisfied and I will be back I looked at the reviews and since this place is a couple of blocks away, I took my VW Passat in this morning to get my oil changed. When they call me to pick it up, it's an hour earlier than I expected. Plus, they replaced a tail light that was out (I had no idea) and repaired a punctured tire (apparently I drove over a nail at some point). Like no other! Hands down the best auto repair around. I had a pretty bad car problem of overheating. As I called around to different auto repair places I found that people were pretty rude and didn't really care unless of course I brought my car to them. When I called Pampered Auto Care the story was much different.
