What a wonderful experience! My first time here and it was awesome! Everyone is so nice. The pedi and mani by MP and Rose was top notch. And, the manager Joanne was so gracious as I was leaving. Hugs all around! No loud TV's blaring, nice soft music and very comfortable surroundings. Walked in a stranger, left feeling like family. I'll be back for sure.
Terrible service and an even worse attitude. I came in hoping for a relaxing experience but was instead met with rudeness, carelessness, and unhygienic conditions. No effort to make customers feel welcome or respected. This place is a perfect example of how not to run a business in the beauty industry. One star is generous.
Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The service was rushed, sloppy, and dismissive. Hygiene? Clearly not a priority here. I witnessed multiple practices that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Pamper Nails LLC is in serious need of accountability and retraining. Not recommended at all.
