Philip did such a stellar job! Philip greeted me with a smile and was very kind and professional throughout my services. Philip even helped me pick out colors since I'm very indecisive. All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The ambience was very calming. I highly recommend visiting this nail bar for some extra pampering! I am very grateful I gave Pamper Nail Bar a try and I definitely plan to visit again.
Miscommunication w/front and nail tech made for awkward experience. I asked for a manicure special and the tech did not want to do it - bad experience. Tech did a botched job on my nails. A simple service went bad and I’m still wondering why. I will not be back. And I tipped despite the awful job and experience.
10/10. Highly recommend. The customer service is great along with the actual service.
