Super unprofessional and rushed service :( there was a misunderstanding between me and my "nail tech" and also the manager maybe . I was told I'd be charged to remove the old polish on my toes and she would do gel for me for free . I was unsure so I asked a manager and she also said confirmed that was the case. When to pay and I was charged for gel... Worst pedicure ever my toes look so busted
Have been here twice now for a gel pedicure and both times they did wonderful!
We absolutely love going to this nail salon for they always give us personalized service. My six year old daughter loves going. This time it was a special occasion we’re going on a Disney cruise and they made cute little Disney’s Mickey’s on our nails. They did such a great job.
Paid $60 for my nails last Wednesday. Thursday I had to go back in to get my nail fixed cause ones polish already chipped. Its been less than a week and polish has peeled/chipped off 4 of my nails at this point. So upset i wasted my time and money not once but twice to go back just to have multiple then chip again less than a week later. Wont be going back again and wish i could get a refund. I have polish usually last me several weeks without chipping other places but i guess not here. Really upset i wasted my money. Wont b... read more
