The main reason my roomate and i moved here was cause rent was cheap, now rents up about 800 more than when we moved in. The main thing keeping us here is the garages, the maintenance basically only puts a band aid on things so they never really fix things. I just tried doing my laundry and all the machines are not working. The manager is probably this places only saving grace Crystal is a sweetheart and you can tell she actually cares but other than that I'd say stay away.
