Let me just start off by stating this business is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I will from now on be checking with the BBB before I let anyone touch my car. Well I went there to have 4 brand new tires put on and a oil change and thay only changed 2 of my tires and there 2nd hand thay charged me for this I would advise you all not to go there really bad service
Called my daughter a liar when they broke a part on her car (and yes she saw it happen), refused to pay for damages, also refused to pay when her oil change was botched and found her car leaking oil everywhere hours afterwards, having narrowly avoided burned up the engine. Refused to refund layaway on a windshield that was half paid for when she decided they weren't touching her car anymore. Later her insurance agent informed her the owner was known to be violent and not to deal with him alone.
They were honest with me and went above and beyond with my problem at no extra charge! They will have my business as long as I live in Pampa or the surrounding areas!
I walked in at 4:55pm with a very flat tire and my husband was out of town for work so I was panicking it was too late in the day and I would be out of luck. Alex was very friendly and got my car right in, I was home with a fixed tire by 5:15! Thanks so much for the great service
Great group of people here at Pampa Tire, Glass, and Lube. Had a squeal in the brakes and they worked on it until they found the problem. They are priced competatively and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!
