Theres 2 Dr's in the ER worth it. The supporting staff, lacks immensely! The "nurses" make you feel like a waste of time and space and that youre ruining their day being there. And the director, never returned messages, n3ver answers phones, emails. Nothing. Almost like theyre avoiding be told how bad and rude their staff are!!! But let me say this.. when I say supporting staff, 99% as been the ER workers. I've NEVER had an issue with imaging workers, or respiratory. Dr. Smith and his staff were fantastic and took the time to explain everything . The staff that took care of me before and after my surgery were also wonderful and caring.
I had excellent care for my outpatient procedure this morning. They were all so kind and caring and took great care of me. And Dr Smith is an awesome Dr.
I am a Senior Citizen and have been going to Pampa Regional Medical Center for 10 years. Highly qualified Staff and I'm always treated with kindness, as if they are family.
I can honestly say I have never been to a more caring , empathetic, and friendly emergency room. I was treated quickly and with care that was genuine and whole heartedly concerned with my well being. Thank you so much for your kindness and your genuine regard to making sure I was okay.
