Been a patient with the Santa Clara office for over a decade. Doctors at the location are great - knowledgable and friendly (used both Primary Care & Pediatrics). Check-in staff are friendly and attentive too. Location is convenient for those in Santa Clara with plenty of parking and I’ve rarely had to wait long. This is the location I’d prefer to visit until I moved out of South Bay and would highly recommend
Zero star! Horrible customer service. I was charged for a test that was clearly related to my symptoms, but they insisted it was coded as preventative and refused to clarify things with my provider, even after I asked multiple times. They just kept referring to notes and codes instead of actually helping. It was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. Good doctors with lovely heart and work efficiently that I requested for my HRA reimbursements and every time it’s going smoothly.
I went in for a annual physical exam. The doctor who is not my regular doctor asked me about some old test results I had in the last two years. We discussed health disease and elevated glucose based on his interpretations of these old results. My PCP at the time who worked at the Mountain View Sutter Health center when these tests were taken said everything was fine. Went in for a yearly checkup, and they billed it as an office visit rather than a yearly checkup. They did not even provide any medical assistance other than ordering blood work. Ended up getting billed much higher than a yearly checkup for no reasons. Well I guess they earned few extra dollars off if it. Was charged $600+ for something that would've been free. Strongly recommend avoiding all Sutter Health.
