The way they charge you is ridiculous. （pediatrics）For the same visits that last only for a few minutes, they can have vastly different charges. I deeply regret going there!!!
I Had the same experience as the users 'To Crest' and 'Sarah'. We had seen a Nurse practitioner Stephanie for my daughter's annual physical. I had checked with them multiple times that the visit was an annual physical. However I was charged as an office visit. Upon talking to the billing dept, they said that they already billed insurance for annual physical, but they also charged us for additional discussions (which never happened). I had a rash on my full face due to weather condition change or some allergic reaction but the Nurse gave me Acne cream and it made my skin really dry. I would not recommend this care center to anyone.
I had the most bizzare and frustrating experience today. I made an appoitment with an NP to discuss a few things. The NP talked about the first thing on the list which was not even my main issue and simply said, she has only 20 minutes per patient and doesn't have time for my other things as she has to move on to the next patient!!! I had same experience with "To Crest" and during my visit the nurse practitioner asked very general questions and I was keep asking if it is annual physical exam and she was keep saying "Yes", and then I be charged as offcie visit. I did insurance appeal process and let us see the results
