Extremely long waiting time to take kids for pediatrician. They just left you in the room for half an hour at least.
My son was running a fever and was struggling with eye pain, so I rushed him to this clinic, hoping for some immediate help. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that all the doctors were unavailable due to their lunch break, and we would have to wait a couple of hours for the next available appointment. Front desk is very unprofessional. And rescheduling our appointment with no clear communication. Waste of time. We were late 2 mins, arrived at 3:32 for 3:45pm appointment, and they won’t see us. They called us earlier and ask to arrive at 3:30pm, but didn’t tell us we supposed to arrive at 3:15pm and didn’t update the new schedule in the app. Very disappointed. Please respect patient’s time!
