Please save yourself time and ignore the appointment system, they couldn’t care less about it. They take walk ins before your appointment even though you are waiting in line for 45 minutes. When try to remind you are here and have an appointment they ignore you and just ask to wait longer. I asked why they don’t honor appointments and the answer was we are short stuffed.
