Dr. Pamella Charles was very patient with me. I was a little frustrated at the beginning with my scheduling since the system screwed up my type of appointment and she actually was helpful and help me feel comfortable and help me calm down. She took the time to listen to me and check on everything. Explained to me a few important things. So I am very appreciative of the kindness and knowledge. I think she is a great dr and I would recommend her.
Excellent communication skills. Took time to explain everything.
