If I could give 0 stars I would. Decided to make an appt with Dr. Pryce because of the good reviews I read but I regret it. I felt rushed during my appt and when I asked questions she would answer rudely. I was also sent for lab work. Week later I was told by nurse to redo lab work because of some abnormalities. I went and got lab work redone on 1/16. A few days later haven’t heard back about labs so I decide to call and was told by the on call nurse that she would tell doctor to give me a call back. Dr. Pamella Charles was very patient with me. I was a little frustrated at the beginning with my scheduling since the system screwed up my type of appointment and she actually was helpful and help me feel comfortable and help me calm down. She took the time to listen to me and check on everything. Explained to me a few important things. So I am very appreciative of the kindness and knowledge. I think she is a great dr and I would recommend her.
Excellent communication skills. Took time to explain everything.
