Dr. Werner & Charlotte are both terrible at communication & having no major concern (no awareness) for they're own patients. Charlotte is not a phone "friendly" person. She also doesn't return calls nor follow up. Werner should personally be reaching out to her patients at this point, because Charlotte is horrible . Charlotte has a habit of cutting patients off mid- sentence while on the phone. She has no phone etiquette at all. Seems like Patient's Advocacy is not a thing with both of them. Time to Retire.🤷♂️
I've been seeing Pamela for a couple years now and ever since she moved to a different building the mychart Communication is non existent. I can't get anyone to answer me through there. I will be looking for a new practice due to the lack of communication of pamela werner.
