mostly had good experiences with this office until I had a major dental issue. The follow up care I received was below subpar. A crack was found in a tooth which led to a crown. I had issues beginning several days after temporary was placed; swelling and pain. Called in and had to wait 2-3 days to get in for permanent crown. Root was checked at that time and was ok. excellent care and cleaning by April. Dr. Putnams office is clean, professional, and cheerful. services offered up to date and appear to have newest technology. my first visit with Dr. Putnam and staff was a pleasant experience. wait time was about 2 minutes.
