The owner is very sincere very honest . Howe er I had Cara Mc Lane do my. Hair ; she was not friend she is indifferent . Asked personal question that was none of her business She was average I have had much better blow out and color from Better stylist in Mi . She asked if I wanted a blow dry I said yes . I did not know IT was a charge for this . In Michigan it’s a complementary service . In addition she was not respectful and didn’t say I charge a fee of $55 then she told me Amoy t I was livid . This was my first appointment with Rootz Salon & Suites. When I arrived I was greeted by Kat, the owner who went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Kat listened to what I wanted and nailed it! I am thrilled with the results! I received top notch service and I will be back!
