Dr. Pamela Reeves has been my OB/GYN since I was 15 years old. I am soon to be 36. And I’m just now realizing that it’s been about 20 years and I’ve never thought to look anywhere else. Dr. Rees was my mother’s OB/GYN, as well as for my sister. She delivered my nephew. And all three of my children. My oldest is now 19. I had an appointment today and I was greeted by the receptionist Rachel. Her customer service was great. The office is older and not well maintained. When I entered the exam room the examination table was old and had several rips in the leather. I also observed that the floor appeared to be very dirty and there was minimal equipment in the room. Worst experience ever, She did not listen when i told her I was leaking water because I was a first time momma. By the time I made it to my ultrasound appt I didn’t have no water and had to get rushed to C-section. So of course I opted out of her delivering my child. Stayed in the hospital for weeks. During my stay the hospital stated their was no record of any of my labs, urinalyses NOTHING! Daughter came 1.5 months early, with so many complications, after delivering my daughter CPS just showed up stating a case was opened ... read more
