The assistant is terrible. I can never get prescriptions refilled; no one responds to portal messages. Worst office experience. Getting bloodwork and scheduling follow-ups is a pain. I plan on just seeing my PCP because of this.
I just saw Dr. Quinlan and was very pleasantly surprised. She’s a great doctor and showed concern and compassion to me as well as her job. She cares about the whole person versus just the issue at hand.
