Never had worse care. Office is closed on Fridays. There are no instructions on their phone message on what to do if you are having issues. Had to go to ER (250$) 3 days after rotator cuff surgery because I could not get thru to anyone in the office. Was later told by Dr Angel that I should call hospital if I need anything and he is not in office. There are no words that can adequately express my appreciation of Dr Akins and his skills. Battled a knee injury since 2007 that finally ‘blew’. First appt with Dr Akins & my surgery was scheduled. White River Ortho & Dr Akins set me up with (at the time) new technology for rehab. I didn’t have to leave the house for PT, completely off pain meds in 11 days and walking with NO PAIN in 4-5 wks.
