To be blunt, and it pains me to say this,, Lindsay is past her sell-by date. With me, she was distracted, failed to provide information in a timely manner, and generally acted unprofessionally. Despite her lapses, she is perfectly content to ruin a few client's legal cases, collecting their cash, before inevitably bowing out. I am so relieved to say that I cut my losses just in time. Yes, Lindsay, this is an anonymous review, but you and I both know what I am talking about.
Ms. Parvis sunk my case, and showed zero accountability for her mistakes. She failed to follow through on decisions that were made in lenghty email exchanges when I initially retained her. Frequently, she was unreachable for weeks on end. The damage she did not just to my immediate case, but to negotiating a longer term solution for the family member on behalf of whom I brought the case, has been irreparable.
