Somehow my initial review has been deleted? So leaving again. My 22 year old son made an appointment with Dr.Kennedy regarding chronic knee and hip pain. He has multiple family members diagnosed with EDS (a condition affecting joints). Dr.Kennedy dismissed him and told him he was having growing pains....at 22 years old....when they DID NOT even take his height at his visit.... 1 Star is an overrating .....On 6/30/2025 I contacted the office for an appointment due to a possible pinch nerve in my neck. I was given an appointment the next day with Pam the visit was normal, she routed me to the image side to get an X-ray and advise she would call me that evening before she left. I never received a phone call. I did check the portal on 7/1/2025 and only the results from imaging doctor were added and that was around 11pm midnight going into 7/2/2025. After contacting the office on Wednesday, Jan 17, 2024 and giving my symptoms over the phone AND on the online check in, I was directed to come into the office on Friday, Jan 19, 2024 at 8:30am. I was seen by Pamela Kennedy in which she suggested a flu/COVID test. After testing positive for Influenza A, she was very hyper and came off as rude saying that the staff should not have let me come to the appointment, she had staff that did not know how to read the flu test and she needed to hurry and get me out so that the room co... read more
