(My initial visit was on 4/24/14) Just finally got insurance coverage and I went there. I wasn't showing up as eligible so they told me that I could pay out of pocket and that I would have to keep checking my insurance until it became eligible and they would retro-bill it. I've worked in doctors offices for the last ten years and know that it takes less than two minutes to check the eligibility on my insurance so I thought that was a bit rude.
