Great office - I don't know what the others are talking about but I have never had an issue here, and I'm not the easiest patient.
Hold on to your wallet! The medical quality and attention were excellent but the snobby British admin person is insufferable. She intentionally did not submit a claim to my insurance. This doctor overcharged me by $808 and refused to refund my money until they were paid by my insurance. Know your benefits and watch them closely.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Sherman Pamela H DMD I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to.
Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor. She has extracted my two teeth and both the times my experience was absolutely painless. Her staff is very friendly and comforting. My overall experience was excellent. Also, her office is very nice and peaceful.
Dr. Pamela Sherman should have her license taken away! We went to Dr. Sherman to have my 14-year-old daughter's impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Sherman was supposed to put her under general anesthesia for the procedure. Instead, because my daughter had a cough within the past week, she told us she could use general. She said that she would used nitrous and make sure our daughter was comfortable and out of pain.
