This review is based on experience my younger brother had with Dr. Sherman. He experienced a lot of pain and post-surgical complications. The complications may have been simply bad luck and unrelated to his treatment, but the level of pain he had to deal with was, I feel, unacceptable. One of the post-surgical complications was addressed without proper anesthetic, which he was not warned about ahead of time. Great office - I don't know what the others are talking about but I have never had an issue here, and I'm not the easiest patient.
Hold on to your wallet! The medical quality and attention were excellent but the snobby British admin person is insufferable. She intentionally did not submit a claim to my insurance. This doctor overcharged me by $808 and refused to refund my money until they were paid by my insurance. Know your benefits and watch them closely.
Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor. She has extracted my two teeth and both the times my experience was absolutely painless. Her staff is very friendly and comforting. My overall experience was excellent
Dr. Sherman was absolutely wonderful when I had my remaining wisdom teeth removed a few years back. She really had me feeling quite comfortable with the procedure and pretty much held my hand the whole time. Figuratively speaking ! :) Her staff was wonderful as well. Unfortunately I developed an infection...no fault of Dr Shermans...just my bodies way of dealing with it. Dr. Sherman met me over the weekend and took care of me!!! Thank you Dr. Sherman ..this review was long over due.
Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Dr. Sherman has done about 5 surgeries on me personally. I won't go to any other surgeon. She is great and one of the few doctors I trust.
I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Sherman Pamela H DMD I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to.
