Dr. Grimaldi is outstanding = she listens, she's respectful, personable, compassionate, understanding, incredibly energetic and strong, goes above and beyond in order to do what she can to help me with whatever medical issue I have, explaining options, specialists if appropriate, etc. She's very responsive via portal. The only problem is that she needs more help imo. I think a PA could handle the PCP regular checks , paperwork and field routine questions, flu shots and the like. Completely apathetic, does not let you speak, cuts you off, speaks to you as if you are insignificant. She actually yelled at me for seeking medical care after office hours because I was in a great deal of pain. actually YELLED. She's just .. mean and miserable.
Dr. Grimaldi is the Best. She is very Attentive, Professional, Empathetic and Real. Top Notch PCP/OMT. We are very Thankful and Grateful to have Her as Our Physician.
