The first secretary at the pediatric walk in, tells us the wait was 2 hours 30 minutes but only had one parent and child in the waiting room area. We sat out in the car waiting for our time. Filled out the check-in info sent over text. Then, we waited 2 hours before we were called. Go back to the same entrance and there was a different secretary.
