She's very through and has all the right questions for my answers. She's good and enjoy her bedside manner.
I've been seeing Pamela for 3 years now and she is a very caring CNP. I always feel very welcomed either on the phone or in the office. I still remember the first time I met her she made a wonderful impression and I always share this with people who I meet that either already see her or looking for a new practitioner.
I recently switched to this office, and felt like I had a great connection with the staff. The medical assistant that roomed me did a very good job at making me feel heard, seen, and comfortable during my appointment. The receptionist is very kind and listens very well to my needs. Pam is super nice, and very professional. She listened very well to all of my concerns and scheduled me for testing I had been seeking for a long time with other provider to no avail.
