I’ve had some awful experiences with this doctors office but the worst so far was with my father. He went in for a lung scan, he never heard back from the Ermine assuming everything was fine. He went for an appointment months later for something that was unrelated and he asked about the results and THEN they tell him something showed up concerning. So they just ignore it until he asked? Thats awful and extremely dangerous and unprofessional.

Several months ago my father had a scan done of his lungs ordered by Dr. Ermine. The officer never contacted him so he assumed everything was okay. 6 months later he returned for another appointment unrelated to the lung scan. At that time he asked about the scan and that’s when they told him they found something concerning. If he had not asked about it he never would have been told. Totally unacceptable! Terrible, rude staff. My elderly mother had an appointment and it was even confirmed by telephone. She arrived 15 minutes early only to be told she was late. When they were told of the confirming phone call they said it was not true and she could not be seen or have her blood test. The staff was rude. Dr. Ermine even had the nerve to ask patients to pay a 100 dollar administrative fee to help with front desk costs. My mother paid the fee a few months ago, then was treated like garbage. absolutely horrible. they provided me an appointment time for my 89 year old grandmother. we arrived on time and they stated we were late and they can’t see us. the front desk girl stated it was my word against hers despite my grandmother receiving a phone call confirming the details of her appointment. my grandmother had been fasting all day for her appointment and they refused to see her for her SCHEDULED/CONFIRMED appointment that we were ON TIME for. get better front desk staff, will never be back. absolutely disgusting ... read more

Dr Ermine has been my doctor for years and is always kind and supportive to me. She has always made time to address my concerns. She has always solved my issues the first time I met with her never needing to come back. Recently I needed to see her for a pre-operative visit and she made it possible for me to come in the day after she received the paperwork from my surgeon. I highly recommend her.
