The front desk people is terrible! They canceled my Appointment when I was already there. No consideration to inform me in advance.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ermine for at least 15 years. My wife and daughter also are her patients. She is one of the sweetest kindest smartest doctors I have ever met her staff is the best Jackie Megan, and Sweet Monique you will not be unhappy being her patient.
I have been going to Dr. Ermine for over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor who I trust. She has a great/warm manner and shows concern about me as a person and patient. It is easy to make an appointment, and I have never waited long to see her after arriving at the office. Her office staff is also amazing (especially Jackie).
Dr. Ermine has been my primary care physician for the past 10 years. She is excellent. I credit her with saving my life when I was diagnosed with two types of cancer 8 years ago. She had stat tests, scans and xrays preformed. She aligned me with all of my specialists and showed so much compassion for me at that very difficult, stressful and confusing time. As a new patient, this was an incredibly disappointing first experience. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told my appointment was Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. and that I should arrive at 9:45 a.m. to complete paperwork in the office. I was even specifically instructed not to complete the paperwork they sent online because I would be filling everything out when I arrived.
