Both my dad & I have noticed on several occasions that Dr Cantu is very patronizing & dismissive when speaking to her about my mom. She acts as if she knows her better than we do even though we’re around her 24/7, & she sees my mother only a couple of times a year. She refused to listen when concerns were expressed a couple of years ago about Mom having dementia, which delayed treatment. mygawd,IS THERE A DECENT practitioner from here to Kerrville ? this is unbelievable & for us stuck on medicare ? it's a nightmare.
She is excellent.
The staff is very helpful and have always helped me work in appointments around my teaching schedule. Dr. Cantu has also been very helpful since I started seeing her a few months ago.
