Pam is such a sweetheart. I was really nervous to get a new doctor because I've had past experiences where they dismiss your concerns. But Pam listened to every concern I had, thoughtfully. She triple checked to make sure I didn't have any other concerns I wanted to address, and she was very reassuring the whole time. I am confident that I'm in good hands, and now she's my partners doctor too. We love Pam! 🩷

You never met me, but decided based off of MyChart that I'm not good enough for diabetic care because I have a history of trauma and am on disability and mental health meds. I wish you would have let me know a month ago and not 6 hours before my appointment was canceled. That part prevented me from finding and receiving medical care I need. Looks like I'm not the only one you discriminate against. Let's just open the asylum again and send all us undesirables where you think we b... read more
