Because none of the Maryland or Virginia locations had the right heavy duty end links in stock for our 2020 Connect, we drove 2 hours to Hanover PA just to buy a set of end links from this NAPA.
Press in type wheel bearing for a honda can only go in one way because one side is magnetic and needs to be against abs sensor, the part had no instructions. After doing job had a abs code, after doing more research discovered the problem, on 2nd part, guy pulls out a paper that said about only getting one way. Nice of you to tell me first time. Great service....Quality parts
I ordered brake pads online and went to pick the up that day because I already had to go to Hanover, picked them up no problems. They ended up being the wrong ones,(not blaming them for that) so I had to go back to Hanover and instead of refunding my money the guy that was working hit another sale instead of refund, which I did not notice til I got home and looked at my bank account.
