As a former resident of this program, this is the absolute LAST program that I would ever reccomend for anyone looking for that extra push. They keep the staff that will treat you poorly and you feel as if your voice is never heard, behaviors/conflicts, etc are not resolved in the proper manner, in the way that they should. They are also incredibly inconsistent with groceries and if you want to do something, you will have to grovel and plead in order just to get out in the community. Great quality of care! The staff really understand, have compassion, and go above and beyond to listen to concerns or any questions. Highly recommend for your loved one! A place you can truly count on!
If you are looking for a group home in the Gainesville, VA area or Prince William County, this is NOT the one for your loved one! They are inconsistent with managers with a high turnover rate! They had one good manager that was making a difference in training staff and working well with the residents but as usual they changed what was working to what wasn't.
