We had a great experience getting an engineered wood Quickstep floor put over the existing ugly dark vinyl in our new house. Dillon, Jack & John sorted out all the little interesting issues that arose quickly and painlessly. Many thanks gents, great service.
I initially had a bad experience with Carpet Court Pambula & sent a complaint - full credit to the management ( & Karen ) who quickly rectified the situation & sent out Mat to do the job. Wow what an amazing ambassador & accomplished worker Mat proved to be - my 3 areas were prepared & completed in one day ; Mat not only worked hard but his professionalism & genuine interest in his clients & their homes is to be commended . Beware of a company that in reality has a monopoly in the area . This mob over estimated the amount of flooring needed for my job . Upon completion would not accept the return of 3 boxes of intact flooring , contacted them and was told sure bring them back too then be informed by the manager NO we wont refund the cost of their ineptitude .This was around $1000 ! Rude arrogant and terrible service . Have contacted consumer affairs . From my experience not a good company to deal with at all
