I called the number provided by Google to set up a new patient appointment. It was MetroHealth. The representative said “I don’t have a direct line to their office but I can have them call you back”. My opinion is irrelevant, yet here it is- if you don’t have a direct number to your office it seems to me there is no way for me to get to an on call MD for emergencies, how would I get my prescriptions- filled if there is no direct number to your office.
