They got their employees writing fake reviews just because they are that terrible. No communication with tenants or themselves. Management sucks.. don't do no repairs.. mold in apartments. Fredy Trujillo is not a man of his word. He probably not a man. He makes agreements over the phone and then forget about it. They are imbeciles who don't know how to work and need new training. The owner is a billionaire who likes to fight for spare change.

It was not a good experience for me. A guy from Accounting department was not professional and not friendly at all. He asked me why I look so tired. Excuse me. This is what I look. Before I left, I asked him why the company has a different name. He told me that because they had too many bad reviews and they had to change to a new name. That makes sense to me.
We've had to many false landlords every bad review is the truth. I got written up for reporting a gas leak to the gas company. Landlords here govern and belittle us and give grief. They are opposite of helpful. Someone should shut them down or hire professional management company. The main office is partially responsible for hiring fake managers.
