Suja has been fantastic Very knowledgeable about all aspects of nursing She sincerely takes care of her patients She made my stay tolerable
Call button and pain management poorly implemented. One morning I pressed the call button for searing pain, was told they would notify my nurse. Saw her an hour later on her regular rounds, and was told she was never notified. Took 75 minutes for me to get my requested pain meds. Was there for 4 days before I learned ice packs were available. Almost had a serious incident with a missing wallet and the responses from staff, including Nicole.
My.case manager Alyssa was the best person I have ever known. She was very kind, intelligent, sympathetic and helpful. She informed me about my husband's rights about HOSPICE care from A to Z, she is a blessing in disguise. I really appreciate all.her help through out the stay. We need more people like her who go out of their way to help people.
My experience at p.m. in Richardson was excellent! They are nice, kind, and empathetic! Andrea, precious, I just a few of the people that it was a true pleasure to meet and work with my rehab. It was my pleasure to get to know these men and women and I was sad to say goodbye. Thank you for all the work you did with me and thank you for being so kind and professional. I would recommend this facility to anybody. Thank you for all that you did for me. I appreciate each and everyone of you Godspeed to all of you!!
This was the most horrible place I could ever imagine....I hated that my 95 year old mom was there. The only staff members that were nice and helpful were Sherry and Peace. The food was horrendous. Never again will I put a loved one in THAT place.
