Rude and ignorant lady, equipment doesnt work correctly
This provider assumes that all VA members are lying to receive benefits. She pleasant at first, but then became very unprofessional and rude towards the end of the session. During the performed hearing test, it seemed as if one of the ear buds was working incorrectly and once verbalized, she did not respond to the concern.
