Pam is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. She has extensive experience and a depth of knowledge on even the more obscure audiology topics! She listens to your concerns and questions, and always responds in a thorough and thoughtful fashion. Most importantly though, she was super kind and sweet with assessing my elderly mom's hearing and in presenting options for her. Pam is an asset to the NFV and it's great to not have to travel to Montrose or GJ when we have such a wonderful resource right here in the Valley.

This provider assumes that all VA members are lying to receive benefits. She pleasant at first, but then became very unprofessional and rude towards the end of the session. During the performed hearing test, it seemed as if one of the ear buds was working incorrectly and once verbalized, she did not respond to the concern. Rather, she continued without making sure that everything was working correctly.
