Getting to work with Pam as our realtor has been such a blessing. We met her as a realtor- now she is our friend. She helped us get our Oahu dream house (which was an ordeal in itself!) but the house needed major repair, and the seller did not want to fix it. So while we were across the ocean, she 100%, by herself, coordinated the repairs to the house, going there every day for months to check on progress.
