My grandson was born here. The facility was clean and in good repair. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I want to thank every nurse and doctor who took care of my husband. Jackie and Sam were great. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who requires specialized care. They are great, thank you all very much.

Even though the staff was busy at times they did their best to check up on me. I suffer from depression and it is easy for me to slip into a dark mood. That didn't happen with the stay while I was on the Pam floor.

Everyone at the PAM facility at Citizens Medical Center went above and beyond to take care of me during the 21 days that I stayed there. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Wendy and Gabby in case management for taking care of all of my insurance needs. Big thanks to Mark and Martha in wound care for taking extremely good care of me. Just want to leave a very wonderful review for the women of Pam in citizens ..Gabby has been a tremendous help and guiding our way answering questions that she can and going above and beyond .Case managers have a big job to do Wendy as well is very knowledgeable in her field .we have been here 26 days and getting very frustrated and very kindly gabby helped to ease some of that frustration..
