My two sisters have said so many positive words about Jay Gonzales, so when I came to visit my mother this past Sunday, I asked to meet Jay. Jay did not disappoint as my mother was treated with love and compassion the entire day. Jay was patient, informative, thorough and respectful during transition and during bed changing. I completely agree with my sisters in Jay being outstanding! All our thanks!

Staff is very professional and know their jobs. Its first class here. Dominic with dietary is very good and personable. I thank the therapy department greatly for their help. I give them high praises! The dressing change crew is very good! Cheri with case management has been very informative and I thank her for all the resources she set up for me. Steve in maintenance very helpful and proficient. The clean up crew was helpful and proficient as well. Thanks PAM

At first i was reluctant to come here. I have been so fortunate to have encountered such a great team! The moment you walk in your welcomed! Such compassion and consideration. I owe some of not most of my confidence back to this facility. I thank you PAM North for your help in what i felt was such a hopeless time.🫶🏻
