My mother was a new patient there in July 2025 for lung injuries, one of their specialty's… her breathing tube became dislodged and upon re insertion, was done incorrectly ultimately causing her neck to fill with air and causing her death by asphyxiation. I am next of kin but have been unable to contact anyone who will actually answer my questions about the day that she died. I would like to sincerely, thank the entire team/staff at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Reno for the care, compassion, and support they have given to Mike during his stay. The doctors, nurses, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, Nutritionist, CNA's, Case Managers Utility and all the staff have worked very hard to help him and support our family during a very difficult time. The staff was awesome! I felt welcome and always cared for. I never really had to want for anything like answers, drinks, help to restroom and questions were always answered. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The Staff at PAM are a cut above. From the CEO down! They take exceptional care of all the patients. We work with them daily and all the patients we transport love the staff. Becky in case management is awesome to work with she preplanned everything for her patients. We absolutely love working with PAM.
