Staff has been absolutely wonderful. It’s a beautiful setting, rooms are spacious, clean and cheery. The rehab department has been wonderful, they worked with me well. I just feel very cared for here. I had a bad experience in a different rehab. I went into this is just a 180 from that I can’t say enough good things about it.
Worst experience my sister had. She went to the hospital with breathing problems and now they refuse to except her back saying that they can't help her with what she is going through even though she is medically cleared.Most of the staff is very rude. On Christmas day traveled an hour to visit and they were lurking around the door as if to hear everything we were taking about not impressed at all
Pam's is the best rehap facility I've been to. If you go there you will get the therapy you need. Yes they push you hard. This is a place that wants you to recover not do nothing. Yes alot of people don't like it. It is what I needed. The staff the nurses, cnas are there to help you. I am one that needed that stern approach. But it works. Also bad addatued makes for rough time anywhere. They are there to help you. Please help them help you. You will go home with a better life. Thank you Pam's. Having been hospitalized for yhe last 3 months as a disabled RN, I'm going to throw my 2 cents in. 4 different facilities prior to this and eorked 28 years bedside. This is hands down, the best place. Clean, comfy, well staffed. Staff is attentive, kind, and makes sure you know they care by doing their jobs correctly and efficiently. They never complain about the work, patients or each other while taking care of me. The call lights get answered in 15 minutes max. This place was a life saver for me. It literally was the best place I could've found. I was denied by alot of places in eau claire but this place welcomed me with open arms and I couldn't be happier. Things happen for a reason and my God with all his glory had me come here. Thank you PAM
