I am leaving this review on behalf of my mom. I want to thank Pam Health for the incredible care they provided for her after her fall. It is difficult to watch our parents and loved ones age, and our biggest fear is not being able to prevent an accident from occurring. Almost three weeks ago, our fear became a reality when Mom fell entering the bathroom, suffering a head injury. The worst care and slow to respond for help.  Do not go there.  The night shift is all but gone!  Will not answer the call device.  Stay away!

Very unhappy with this rehabilitation center, for 3 days now the prescriptions they were to have called in for my father still have not been filled.  They don't answer the phones constantly sent to voicemail. As of right now I am on my 10th call at 6:43pm Arizona time. We are constantly going to the pharmacy to see if his prescriptions are there and they are not.  I was not impressed with them when he was in their care for rehabilitation either.

My husband was in this facility. He got to where he had trouble standing and could only walk a few steps with out shaking all over. I went to his nurse and asked if a cardiologist should be called. She said she was a cardiac nurse and was giving him fluid pills. Then she went to get the case worker who told me my husband had not declined physically. However he was at this point worse off than when he had entered the facility. The nurse said he could not stand, etc. because he had endema. My husband had a heart condition that... read more

I stayed at the PAM Rehabilitation Hospital in Allen for four weeks. I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received from the nurses, therapists, and doctors. My physical therapist Shilpa was unbelievable with the motivational speeches she gave me. I will never forget her! Dr. Elke Hedstrom

PAM Health may be ideal care for rehab only; but they have tried to venture out to patient illnesses which I have to give them a 0. My mother was admitted for a UTI test only. The test came back negative which was a surprise to all of us; however it was determined she had shingles and she was in a lot of pain like most who contract it. She was in there for 7 days and her experience went from bad to worse. Day 3, she was unable to feed herself which 3 days prior she could eat and drink without assistance. "PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden Is a good place to work. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. People help each other out while providing great care for their patients.

Pam, rehab center in Tavares is ran by a bunch of incompetent idiots that nearly killed my mom by giving her her current medication’s plus her whole history of medication’s. Food is terrible…run as fast as you can from this place before they hurt or kill somebody with their incompetency.

THey were really great.
