Wait to long for a response for help when nurses button is pushed. Waited at the nurses station with 10 people looking at me and didn’t help me or acknowledge me as I needed some help for my mom, finally walked away and had to push the button again . When he came I told him no one would help me and the was no apology or sorry . That is unacceptable .Also when he left I asked for something that my mom needed and he said he would tell the nurse , but we didn’t get it we had to ask again. This was very concerning.
I’m impressed with the quality of the medical care and the cleanliness of the facility and quality of food was great 👍
Was happy with all disciplines while at PAM. Everyone was very knowledgeable, caring, and has a smile on their face.
