Pam is SO knowledgeable and hard working. She was extremely good at targeting the appropriate property for our family, and she guided us through the process so that we utilized every advantage we had in the negotiation portion. Pam is the best realtor for equestrian properties that we have ever known.

Moving from another state, with very specific needs in a home/property I was so very lucky to find Pam. We spent many weekends looking at houses; Pam was always prompt, respectful, organized, and realistic about my options, price range, and requirements.
