Talked to Pam several days ago regarding a property that she actually owns and has for sale. When I first spoke with her she said over and over that I should buy it. I called her back to make my offer and was told that she needed to talk to her son before selling. Never mentioned that when she was telling me to buy, buy, buy! Then she was supposed to talk to her son and get back with me the next morning which was Saturday. This is Monday and I texted her again with yet no answer. Obviously Pam and Barry are not reliable!
