Dr Eugene has been my ENT all my life. One of the very best. Still on the ball into his senior years.
The hours are weird. I took off work for the morning for this appointment and the office called me the morning of my appointment to tell me I needed to reschedule. Obviously they do not respect their patients time. Also, when I initially called to make the appointment, she told me it was cash only. That should have been my red flag.
Had an appointment today with Dr paluso.. he may be considered a senior but he is on the ball and definitely knows his job. 5 stars for you doc..
