Responsive, great office staff, personable repair person. Unfortunately, the issue involving the sump pump is worse than before - the hole made in the PVC pipe to relieve pressure is spraying water on a wood door and the studs, which isn't great.
Quality service and friendly, knowledgeable people from scheduling call to Hailey, to sump pump install by Jorge and helper Michael. Paluska will be my choice for future plumbing needs.
