Water heater repair Efficient Effective
Excellent troubleshooting led to our rented water softener had resin flowing out. This had been a problem for years, just did not know enough about it. So the resin was in the toilet reservoir. Technician bypassed the softener and boom, water pressure back. Today same Technician, Ethan came back and corrected it all with a new softener and whole house filter. Also cleaned out the water heater. Just perfect service, honest explanation, just professional old school.
We had a failed pump causing a smelly inconvenience in our finished basement, including overflow into our garage drains. Initially I had a certain nation/regional-wide, so-called plumber business come out (rhymes with Scooter, first name Mr.) and they did absolutely NOTHING. In less than 10 minutes the technician called to let me know that he tried all he possibly could to unclog the bathtub but couldn’t. He equally sent a proposed bill of over $750 to check the sink faucet. I had an ordinary person go get a $35 probe from Walmart and unclogged the bathtub. I’ve had a great time with Paluska plumbing until this new technician. Very disappointed!
