Beautiful apartments and great to deal with!
The BEST property company we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from. Special shoutout to both Allie and Thomas. Allie is very responsive and always had the answer to any of our questions. And Thomas is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Throughout the years we had a number of maintenance requests and it was always done swiftly and with the best attitude. MOLD!! I’ve debated writing this review but my experience was nothing short of traumatizing. I moved into a unit on Columbia Dr in August and noticed and very strange smell. I started feeling sick each time I was inside the unit. I submitted a work order the day I got my keys with these concerns and nothing was ever actually investigated. After my 4th work order request I was told I could break my lease. After this response I decided to test the apartment for mold and sure enough a lab confirmed there was 3 different species... read more
