They have been amazing to us. We came to them after a disastrous experience with another nursing agency. The owners were honest up front about coverage and did not take over services until they were certain they were able to staff our hours. They have been extremely accommodating and understanding when we have requests or issues. This place lies to you & is dishonest... In the beginning they want to provide your family with their help & love your kid & help in any way... Then if there is some thing or things they don't like. They will give you a few days notice of "we can no longer be a home health agency for your child".... That is what happened to my daughter. In a meeting with PALS, Medicaid person, & my daughter. We've been with PALS for almost a year now and I'm so happy we made the change over to them! They work with us and our scheduling needs, they're very compassionate and always check on my daughter when she's in the hospital, and keep me updated on any changes. They listen to any concerns I may have, and make sure I have the best team of nurses for our family. Definitely recommend!
So far so good! what a welcoming and compassionate team. I was very nervous about switching nursing agencies but Natasha and Sunny did everything they could to make the transition smooth.
